  • You are at least 22 years old.

  • You are a member of a Christian community and are available to serve as a pastor, either as a civilian or as a member of the police or military forces or a security service.

  • You have no criminal record.

  • You have no mental or psychological problems.

Ways of pastoral care:

  • Volunteer Police Chaplain.

  • 30 – 50% (ev. Up to 100%) employment in a church or a Christian organisation.

  • With the support of a circle of friends.

  • As a self-employed pastor on an hourly wage basis.

  • Networking and comprehensive services according to personal possibilities.

The training prepares you for the following tasks:

Qualified teachers and blessed theologians will impart knowledge and practical guidance for your tasks in the field. 

They will do everything in their power, with the support of experts, to ensure that you are well prepared for your future pastoral care ministry (and effective mentoring) to the best of their knowledge and belief. Our goal is for each person to recognise the ministry or spiritual gift within themselves and to use it for the glory of God, as well as for the benefit of those who provide their saving help to others every day without regard for their own well-being. 

In this way, graduates of our training programme are qualified and legitimised to be approached and employed for pastoral care (and mentoring) for the police, military, fire brigade, ambulance services, emergency pastoral care, trauma management, support in professional and private crises, support at life's crossroads, but also for weddings, funerals and much more.
